SPECIAL SERIES: Real DFV Stories
In this episode of the Strong Communities Podcast, we talk with Patricia about her experience with Domestic & Family Violence, including the threat of being deported without her children. This is her story on how she survived the violence, and is now thriving. Patricia is determined to give back to the country that gave her safety, and is speaking out to bring awareness to those that may be in a similar situation to know that there is help available, and that culture or our religion should not be a barrier to seeking help.
This project is supported by the Queensland Government, Department of Child Safety, Youth & Women.
