WHAT IS MY AUSSIE PLAN AND HOW CAN WE HELP?
My Aussie Plan (My MAP) is a Stronger Together program that supports individuals from diverse cultures to navigate Australia as a new resident. ‘My Map’, will help you set short, medium, and long-term goals that align with your aspirations and skills. Through one-on-one support, from education, social connections and jobs and everything in between, this activity will help you achieve your desired level of social and economic participation in your new community.
The Multicultural Hub is brought to you by the Queensland Government Community Action for a Multicultural Society (CAMS) program.

My Aussie Plan is for:
- New arrivals to the Gladstone Region
- Individuals wanting to find a job or volunteer position
- Anyone finding it difficult to adjust to life in Australia
- Parents wanting information on schools or daycare
- Individuals who want to obtain their drivers license but don’t know how
- Anyone wanting local information on available services
- Migrants Interested in practicing their English language skills
- New residents interested in finding local cultural and/or other community groups
